It looks to be the best skid steer grader attachment available but it was close to ,000 by the time you purchase and modify your skid steer. Bucket and forks are obviously top attachments. For specialty items, I love the harley rakes I have had. Would hate to be without one. Also, recently bought some used attachments that will hopefully open up some opportunities including a hammer,2 rock hounds, another snow pusher, a tiller,and an auger. Time will tell! We own a track skid steer, laser best grading box, Deere 450H dozer and a Deere 650J dozer. Residential work like garage floors or driveways a skid steer on its own is plenty. Large yard install a dozer to grade and skid steer to power rake it and pick up spoils.
He had a skid steer never had any problem with the steep driveway but he sold the skid steer. He bought the tractor afterwards its smaller and doesn't leave marks on the concrete also he missed having something to move stuff around with. But he did have to add weight to the tractor to keep it on all 4 wheels way more tippy than the skid steer. Thats a lot of prep work. I have also pondered a grader attachment set up with a laser control system. The grader made by Van Boh is the best built I think. Heavy duty, all electronic controlled moldboard (unless you have the laser controled package). The graders electronics hook to the skid steer allowing it to be moved by switches on the joy . I currently use the bucket on one of my tractors, or my skid steer, and a 3pt hitch landscape rake with the wheel attachments to grade out the lawn areas. The two options that seem to make the most sense to me are either a standard box blade w/ scarifier teeth for the 3 pt hitch on my tractor, or a bradco land plane for the skid steer. These systems can be adapted to any skid steer. The make of the skid steer really doesn't matter. Unless you wanted to go with the BC set up. However there is no reason to. Trimble-Apache and Lieca I know have systems that can adapt to .
