Tilting back the cab on a John Deere 333G is a simple and easy task if you know how to do it. We want to raise the cab and pull out the plastic "tub" so we can see what the problem is. We tried to raise the cab, but the boom arms are in the way. We can lower them with the hydraulic pressure release, but are concerned we still won't be able to lift the cab. When you lift the cab, the joystick automatically moves forward. I'll try and attach pic as my cab is currently up. The "back of the joystick platform" raise up on their own as the tops is lifted which causes sticks to move forward. The lift cylinders will make lifting the cab very easy as it may try to rise on it's own once the last bolt is removed. The cab lift lock pin will need to be removed, if it is in place, before un bolting the cab.
Can someone tell me how to manfully raise boom and bucket so I can lock in the up position? They are currently locked and I can't raise cab to get get access to control valve.
