I need to replace 1 tire on my skid steer but am thinking of putting 4 new tires on. The sidewalls are cracking bad at the edge of the thick rim guard. I know why they stopped selling Eurogrip tires.

The OEM tires that came on my skid steer are worn out with less than 200 hours on them. I am operating the machine in tough rocky Texas Hill Country, but I think there must be a tougher tire out there better suited for the application I need. I have checked prices and see that they vary widely. I got them from a local place https://www.westsidetire.net/ that sells skid steer snow tires. My understanding is they are recapped 22.5 semi tires with a snow tread pattern. And the lugs are deep.
Economy tires usually are built going from the side to the top of the tire across the face and then stop, then start again at the other side of the tire, go up to the tread, across the tread and stop. We have ClawDaddys on one skid steer and McLaren airless on the other. The McLarens function sort-of OK in dirt, the Clawdaddys are useless once you get off concrete. For regular air tires, it seems that Bobcat brand ones last real well. I would suspect the same tires are available with a different name on the side. No longer will you need to use a tire designed for light trucks to push snow with a skid steer tractor. The increase in snow plow performance is phenomenal! Wolf Paw tires replace both 12:00-16.5 and 10:00-16.5 sizes for most skid steer tractors.
