You said you didn't remove the pumps, so you shouldn't have to prime them.

Left drive not working until I give it full throttle and then it seems to break loose and everything runs normally, including parking brake on and off. If I shut off the engine and restart, back to stuck left side until I give it full throttle.

When you get stuck, raise the boom as high as you can, Tie the chain to the tree as high as you can, then hook your chain to the bottom of the Skid Steer as tight as you can. then get in the seat and push down on the chain with the bottom of your bucket.
